Wyandot County Economic Development offers a comprehensive and aggressive BR&E program that is designed to assist local organizations with planning and implementation of projects to help local businesses grow. Locally owned businesses typically have a long-term commitment to Wyandot County and relate to the excellent lifestyle and quality of life this community has to offer. Furthermore, local businesses play a vital role in our community as nearly 86 % of new jobs created in rural communities come from existing businesses. Our BR&E Program enables community leaders to define the strengths and weaknesses of the local economy as identified by existing businesses and workers. Armed with data from your feedback, Wyandot County Economic Development and community leaders can work together to prioritize, develop, and implement actionable items and policy that best address local business and industry needs.
