Blanchard Valley Health Systems unveiled plans for a new 15,800 square foot medical facility in the Village of Carey. The medical center will be the first operation located in the new 23 acre Sheriden Business Park, which is being established by Vaughn Property Services. The park will be built out with new interior roads, curbing, lighting and utilities, and will be ready for future prospective businesses by August 2018.
Construction of the $7 million Blanchard Valley facility is expected to begin this spring and be complete by August 2019. The medical center will be able to support multiple physicians and expanded services that are not possible in the 1,600 square foot medical office Blanchard Valley currently operates in Carey.
