The WCOED is humbled to report on the growth projects of two local businesses. WCOED
gold member WMS Marketing Services is in the process of constructing a 4,800 square foot addition to its current facility located at 1400 E. Wyandot Ave. in Upper Sandusky. The new addition being built by CSI Construction Services Inc. in addition to WMS’ newly acquired 3-acre sales lot will house the company’s real estate, auction and marketing divisions. WMS Marketing Services offers full service auction, appraisal and sales services for personal property such as equipment, antiques, classic vehicles, commercial and agricultural liquidations, as well as any other assets of value.
Wyandot Mutual Insurance Company is in the initial stages of constructing a new 6,500 square foot office building that will serve as its new headquarters. The new facility located at the intersection of OH-53/67 and Highland Parkway on the north side of Upper Sandusky is being built by Clouse Construction Company who estimates the project will be completed by November. Company operations and its owned agency will occupy the space in the new facility.
